Deliveries & Shipping Methods
By completing your order at the Scalarea e-shop, you can receive your products by shipping to the address you will provide when completing the order.
Shipping to your location
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you have provided.
Shipments are made exclusively within Greece. All orders are subject to the corresponding shipping charge, which is calculated based on the weight, volume of the order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost is displayed upon completion of your order.
Shipments are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery is made by the courier or transport company, without the possibility of committing to a specific delivery time.
Pickup from the winery
If the option to pick up from Scalarea Winery in Crete is available, you can select it during checkout.
After placing your order and receiving an order number, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving this information to avoid any inconvenience.
Gifts & gift wrapping
Gifts and gift wrapping are shipped with special care to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. The packaging available online is suitable for transport and shipping via courier or freight.
The charge for gift wrapping is calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery location and the total weight/volume of the shipment.
Product availability
Product availability is displayed in the e-shop. Products are collected and prepared as they are available.
The order preparation process may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on product availability and order processing load.
Delivery times
Delivery time usually ranges from 1 to 6 business days from the day the order is processed and depends on product availability and delivery location.
For inaccessible or remote areas, additional delivery time may be required.
Orders placed on weekdays during business hours are processed the same or the next business day. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Same-day deliveries
Same-day deliveries are not available. If you would like immediate delivery, please contact Scalarea in advance to confirm availability and pick-up from the winery.
