The ultimate experience for any wine lover is undoubtedly a Vertical Wine Tasting, which will allow you to deeply understand the history of our Winery. A vertical wine tasting involves sampling wines from the same label and variety, but from different vintages. It enables participants to appreciate how the conditions of each year (weather, production, winemaking) influence the final taste of the wine. The goal is to compare the differences in flavor and evolution over the years.
Our certified sommelier will share key insights and the thoughts behind each harvest. Alongside your detailed tasting, you will enjoy the perfect light food pairing for each vintage. The Vertical Tasting takes place in a private area within our Winery’s cellar. As you indulge in five different red wine vintages, accompanied by the ideal Food and Wine Pairing, you’ll be surrounded by the aromas of our barrels.
