The guest houses<\/span> could be self-check-in<\/span> via lockbox; you will be provided a code to the lockbox via email prior to your stay. Check-in time is 3 pm or after. If you would like to request an early check in, please contact us at <\/span>info@scalareaestate.gr<\/a>;<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span> do note we cannot always accommodate early check ins due to reservation and cleaning schedules. Check out time is no later than 11 am. Requests for late check-out will be considered based on availability.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOccupancy, use of the premises, and communal areas shall not disturb or offend other guests or residents. Scalarea Estate has the right to terminate this contract and evict disruptive guests without a refund. If noise ordinance policy is violated, guests will be responsible for a fine.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    Guest Party<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPeople other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Property Loss and Injury<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Neither the owner nor the agent is responsible for lost or stolen items, accidents or injury to licensees, their guests, or damaged personal property.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Full payment is due at the time of booking. For any reservation cancelled <\/span>within 30 days<\/b><\/u><\/span> of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be due.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    I voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death, and property damage (including personal property) to myself, my family or guests, or anyone on the premises with our permission, in which injury or damage results from our use of the premises. Furthermore, I agree that we will not make a claim against or sue Scalarea Estate, or its owners, employees, family, or related entities, for any bodily injury, death, or property damage.
