Vinification

Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks in controlled temperature conditions and distilled using the fractional distillation method in copper stills The distillation process takes place under controlled pressure and temperature conditions incorporating the experience of the master distiller with thirty-five years of distillation.

Characteristics

Traditional crystal clear tsikoudia, smooth and full of sweet flavors and aromas from the grapes used in pot still distillation, kotsifali, liatiko and sultani. In 2018 and 2020 Tsikoudia was awarded the Silver Medal at one of the most reputable international wine and spirits competitions, the IWSC in London.

Food Pairing

Served as an aperitif , as a digestif at the end of a meal, or accompanied by appetizers and good company.
